These are not international rules, these are just a list of things that we are insensitive and not aware of. Everyone of us does that Kbox taboo once in a while, the following list of descriptions will remind us of certain people who we sang with before, and give us a good laugh. Enjoy.
Kbox Taboo #01 - The Mic Hogger
There are people who hogs on the microphone on songs which they know and don't know how to sing. Especially when there is a lot of people in the room, it's pretty unfair, even if you have a good voice.
Kbox Taboo #02 - The Loud Speakers
I don't know about you guys, but i think it is a sign of respect to listen to people's voice when they sing.
Even if you are not listening, or you want to chat with your friend, since it's an outing, at least lower your volume, there is no need to shout.There are certain species of humans that shouts and scream in the room so loud that, it makes the singer feels that the microphone is not working at all.
Kbox Taboo #03 - The Comedian
It's quite a distraction when some people tend to enter the song with some wierd harmonization or try to make the song sounds funny. That kind of humor is not really appreciated when you are out of sync, plus, it's a singing session not a comedy session.
Kbox Taboo #04 - The Dragger
Pick the song, don't know how to sing it, or can't sing it, and refuse to skip. This one is a waste of time and money.
Kbox Taboo #05 - The Skipper
Often skip other's song without asking. The rudest thing to do. Duh.
Kbox Taboo #06 - The Giggler
Almost the same like The Dragger just that this one giggles throughout the whole song.
Kbox Taboo #07 - The Sing A Long Harmonizer
This one sings along with you, with a very competitively high volume, and give you a bonus of going off key and tune, ruining your song before your chorus even started.
Kbox Taboo #08 - The Fine Art Dancer
The person who got so high listening to your song that they start to dance in front of the screen to entertain everyone. Excusable if you know the lyrics of that song tho.
Kbox Taboo #09 - The Moody One
Picks a song, a lot of song, which nobody knows how to sing, and start to call everyone or the partnet to sing along, and when the partner doesn't know how to sing, the person end up singing alone and got fed up by him/herself. It's a real turn off especially when we are all going there to sing with joy.
Kbox Taboo #10 - The Phone Call
If you have a phone call, get the fuck out. Don't expect everyone to turn the music down and stop singing just because your baby called. If it's important, GTFO!
