organization Realization: a self reminder before working on top.

"To be a leader, you must first be a follower."

This factor plays a vital role, in affecting a leader of an organization in decision making before execution of their task. At the early age of my life, I've shadowed myself from organizations which makes it an obligation and responsibility to work full time on the task given. Knowing my priorities in life, if i am not ready to dedicate myself into an organization like this, i would stay away from the hierarchy chart. Till now, I have observed that, the decision had save me from more than i thought i have avoided.

"If an organization in optimum performance based on their worker's capabilities , recognition will surface by itself, and people will offer their participation automatically."


On the contrary if an organization makes it a necessity to commit and obligated till a point it dominates part of their worker's life, people will look back at their priorities and decide to leave.

Problems like this can be a destructive factor in the downfall of an organization. Common mistakes made by leaders in an industry includes, having a vision that none of it's workers can keep up with. In order to prove themselves and gain recognition, some leaders tend to push and overload their workers with multiple projects without taking account of the capabilities and welfare of the workers.


 Having too much execution of task at the same time, would end up with less quality work, as the focus is distributed. Being forced to only commit or leave, people start to feel like slaves, exhausted and unhappy about the things they are doing.


"Work become meaningless when there is no sense of happiness or passion in them." 

That is when people start leaving one by one, replaced by new people who is going to repeat the same process again. Theoretically, if less new people comes in, and existing individuals are leaving one by one due to the bad reputation, an organization will fall apart, sooner or later.

As a conclusive whole, every organization leaders should remind themselves about these little important things before executing plans. Sometimes, by doing less, it's really more. 1 task, 1 focus, 1 quality work.

A note to followers,self-evaluation  is important.
If a task is beyond your capabilities, learn how to say NO.Unless the leader is going to guide you all the way.


Setting priority is important. If the task is overwhelming, and is taking over the major things in your life, learn how to say NO. Unless a flexibility is given in the task. If you are given full responsibility on this task, try delegating the job to those under you.


 DO NOT be afraid to learn, and make mistakes, as those mistakes are the things that you might encounter in future again,and by then, you should know how to avoid or solve them effectively.


No matter how good you think you are, do not work alone when you are overwhelmed with task. Or else, there would be any need of organizations and team works.

This inspires a new note to learn how to love better.
Passion fades if we make love feels like an obligation, people can leave.
Be a selfless guardian angel, give your all, do not ask for anything in return, not even love.Goodness prevails by itself.
With that, there will be no expectations, no anger nor sadness.
Even at the worse moment, just remember that, mistakes are done so that better lessons can be learned. Be a guardian, identify the mistake, and discuss for solutions with only 1 feeling allowed, love.
